Three kinds of information
Every firm profile separates information by source so readers know what to trust and why.
- Regulatory data - sourced from the Solicitors Regulation Authority and displayed read-only.
- Firm-provided information - supplied by the firm after a verified profile claim.
- Directory editorial information - written and maintained by our editorial team.
Guides
Guides are written to explain general commercial legal processes in England and Wales. They are reviewed for accuracy and clarity, carry a visible last-updated date, and always state that they are general information rather than legal advice.
What we do not publish
We do not publish scraped reviews, invented testimonials, fabricated statistics, or ratings without a genuine licensed source. We do not present any automated tool as providing legal advice or diagnosing a legal problem.
Corrections
If something is wrong, tell us. Our corrections policy explains how to raise an issue with firm-provided or editorial content, and how regulatory data corrections must be made with the SRA.
