Corrections policy
We want the directory to be accurate. Here is how to raise a correction, and what we can and cannot change.
Regulatory data
SRA number, authorisation status, firm type and reserved legal activities are sourced from the Solicitors Regulation Authority and shown read-only. We cannot overwrite them. If a regulatory field is wrong, it must be corrected with the SRA; the directory will reflect the change at the next synchronisation.
Firm-provided information
Descriptions, services, sector experience, offices and key contacts are supplied by firms after a verified claim. A firm can update these at any time once verified. If you spot an inaccuracy in an unclaimed profile, contact us and we will review it.
Editorial content
Directory summaries, categorisation and guides are maintained by our editorial team. We correct factual errors promptly and update the last-reviewed date where the change is material.
How to report an issue
Use the enquiry form on the relevant firm profile, or start a profile claim if you act for the firm. Tell us the page, the field and what the correct information should be.
